(b) Place the washer onto the valve stem from inside and thread on one jamb nut, by hand, until it seats the washer against rubber grommet.
(c) Torque single jamb nut to 7 in-lbs (0.8 N-m). Use a 3/8 inch nut driver on valve stem cap to hold stem while tightening jamb nut with torque wrench.
(d) Now install second jamb nut by hand. Using a slimline or thin 12mm open-end wrench to hold first jamb nut, Torque second jamb nut to 10 in-lbs (1.1 N-m).
(e) Use tire lube on tire beads and bead locations on wheels prior to mounting the tires. Mount the specified tire onto the TRD alloy wheel.
(f) To seat tire bead, inflate tire beyond 32 PSI but not more the than the maximum tire bead seat pressure indicated on the tire sidewall. If it is not indicated use 40 PSI as a limit. If tire bead is not seated when pressure registers 40 PSI, deflate the tire and re-inflate to seat the bead. Once both tire beads have seated properly, regulate tire pressure to 29 PSI (200 kPa).

4. Wheel Balancing
NOTES: Application temperature for stick-on type weight is above 50°F (10°C). It is good practice to apply the stick-on type in sections comprised of no more than 5 or 6 individual weight segments.
(a) Mount wheel /tire on wheel balance machine and balance in DYNAMIC MODE. Enable the LOAD ROLLER, if applicable, to ensure proper bead seating. Installer MUST use stick-on type balance weight for BOTH the inner rim and outer lip locations. NO CLIP ON WEIGHTS ALLOWED (Fig. 4-1 & 4-2)
(b) Prior to mounting stick-on type, wipe down the weight mounting location on wheel with a clean, lint-free dry cloth to ensure that the location is clean and dry. Apply stick-on type weights at perimeter location identified by dynamic balance machine as shown. Use a rubber mallet, if required, to achieve complete adhesion of stick-on type weight.
