Read all warnings and instructions completely and carefully before you begin. 2. Check to make sure the kit is complete (refer to the
Parts List, section E). 3. Only install this kit on the vehicle for which it is intended. If anytime during the installation you encounter something different from what is outlined in the instructions, call technical support at (928) 636-3175. 4. Park the vehicle on a clean, dry, flat, level surface
and block the tires so the vehicle cannot roll in either direction. 5. Disconnect both battery cables. Disconnect the negative cable (1) first, then the positive cable (2) from the battery (3).

B. Get ready to install the kit.
1. Remove the front bumper.
a. Remove four bolts (4 and 5), two panel clips (6), and two mudguards (7) from the skidplate (8) and front bumper (9). These items will not be reused.
b. Remove four white nutserts (10). These items will not be reused.
c. Remove two parking light lamps (11) from the parking lights (12).
d. Remove two nuts (13) from the front bumper (9) and front fenders (14).
e. Remove four bolts (15), two bumper brackets (16), and front bumper (9) from the frame (17). f. Remove four nuts (18), low speed impact crush
zone (19), four bolts (20), and inner low impact crush zone (21) from the frame (17).

2. Remove the rear bumper.
a. Cut two plastic clips (22) and remove harness (23) from rail (24).
b. Remove two screws (25) and separate two license plate lights (26) from the rear bumper (27). Remove lights from two connectors (28).
c. Remove screws (29) and license plate (30).
