Check that no parts are missing or damaged during transport. If any items are missing, please contact AIRAID. Thank you for selecting AIRAID. Included with your Poweraid Spacer is a sticker with a California Air Resources Board (CARB) Executive Order (EO) number. This sticker should be placed in plain view inside of the engine compartment.

1. DISCONNECT negative (-) battery cable.
2. Remove manifold cover and store bolts and nut.
3. Remove air hose assembly.
4. Remove throttle body bolts. (Ref. “B”)
5. Remove throttle body and install power plate with (4) 6mm x 75mm hex bolts and (4) 6mm flat washers.
6. Install (2) manifold cover extension plates. (Ref. C)
7. Install (1) special manifold cover plate extension. (Ref. D)
* Note: (1) 6mm nut & (1) 6mm ring to attach special extension plate. (1) 6mm x 20mm hex bolt and (1) 6mm ring to attach manifold cover extending plate.
8. Inspect & Test throttle linkage for full Open & Closed travel before driving. Some cruise or kick down cables may require adaptation. Refer to the manual service adjustment instructions.
9. Reinstall air hose assembly. (See step 3)
10. Reinstall manifold cover using bolts and stored (1) furnished 6mm x 20mm hex bolt.
11. Connect negative battery cable. Enjoy!
