Suzuki LTR 450 Fuel Management System PDF Manual

Fuelpak cards for LTR450 were made with a White Brothers Power Pro performance module installed. The included Power Pro unit should be used in combination with the Fuelpak proper function. If not, will result in poor performance and may cause engine damage.

1. Make sure that in the off position, remove seat.
2. Referring to Figure 1, remove (4) and push pins (1) 10mm bolt. Repeat for the other side. Push pins are accessible from the rear can be popped by pressing the pin from the back. Push-pin flange with pin heads can be gently Priede with a slot screwdriver.
3. Remove the cap and fuel tank cover. Reinstall fuel cap.

4. Clean Fuelpak mounting with alcohol and let dry. Referring to Figure 2, mount Fuelpak as shown with included Velcro. Route harness as shown, between airbox and subframe and subframe cross brace.Gently pull up and subframe side decks and add armor to subframe with included zip ties. Ensure that the belt is not in black rubber strip behind airbox.
5. TPS plug removal and install TPS T-tap to yellow wire as shown in Figure 3. It may be useful to use a slotted screwdriver to gently disconnect the TPS connector lock tab. Plug purple thread in T-tap (use dielectric grease). Reinstall TPS plug.
6. Route ground wire to the left side of the throttle body and fuel pump. Referring to Figure 4, removal (1) 8mm bolt on the fuel hose clamp, add Fuelpak ground terminal, and reinstall.
