Included items with Celica / Vibe Coilover kit – Please inspect each item for defects before installation:
• (2) 100mm Threaded sleeves with dual-locking perches (rear assembly)
• (2) 78mm Threaded sleeves with daul-locking perches (front assembly)
• (2) 7” Springs 0700-250-006 (6kg/mm spring rate) -rear assembly
• (2) 5” Springs 0500-250-008 (8kg/mm spring rate) – front assembly
• (2) Aluminum upper mounts – front assembly
• (2) Aluminum dust caps – front assembly
• (2) Polyurathene upper mounts – rear assembly
• (2) Thick rubber O-rings for rear assembly
• (6) Thin rubber O-rings for rear assembly
• (2) Steel rings O.D. 52.5mm, I.D. 48mm, TH 4mm
• (2) Washers O.D. 33mm, I.D. 15mm, TH 3mm
• (2) Spanner wrenches
INSTALLATION – Please refer to factory service manual if available Before the removal and installation of parts, please refer to the factory service manual , or equivalent.

Note:
• It is recommended that this coilover kit product be installed by a trained technician/professional.
• For factory strut removal instructions and diagrams, please refer to the factory service manual, or equivalent. This coilover kit is designed to allow both race-ride and street-ride heights. It is not recommended to run race-ride height for normal street driving. This will result in more tire wear due to the excessive negative camber, which creates more stress on the wheel hubs and ball joints. With the vehicle jacked up and secured on jack stands, raise (clockwise) or lower (counter clockwise) the aluminum perches with the supplied spanner wrenches to the desired height. Depending on which way turned, securely tighten the other perch against it. Lower the vehicle to check ride height. This processed may need to be repeated until the desired ride height is achieved. Camber and toe settings will change depending on the height adjustments. A wheel alignment is recommended after complete installation.

Spring height adjustment:
Front assembly Use caution when trimming off factory spring perch. Do not cut into strut. Make sure to leave enough material so that the threaded sleeve may sit securely. Next place thin O-rings or electrical tape above perch material to insure sleeve is securely fit. The following hardware must be assembled in order to insure a secure fit.
1. Steel reinforcing ring
2. Threaded sleeve, use the non-threaded portion as the bottom
3. Dust cap Tap steel reinforcing ring (provided in kit) on to the bottom (non-threaded portion) of coilover sleeve.
Next, securely tighten aluminum dust cap on to coilover sleeve. The factory dust cap will no longer be used. The front coilover spring is elliptical in
design (Part #0500-250-008) Securely tap provided upper mount on to top of spring. Slide the coilover spring over strut and on to perches.
