Drilling or use of longer screws may damage the unit.
1. Find the mounting bracket to a solid surface.
2. Insert supplied # 6 x 3 / 8 “screws on each side in the mounting holes.
3. Set the control to the desired position and tighten the screws until adjustment.
4. Once the brake control is mounted, the sensor arm point adjustment procedure to the ground.

The brake control must be mounted in the nose 20 degrees to 70 degrees to the nose.

Setting the brake control
The brake control has separate settings for soft and hard braking effort.
• Soft effort – the gradual establishment of stops, which enables effective braking without the wheel “hip”
• Hard effort – scene of hard or panic stop, which is detected by the interior
Sensor and braking effort is automatically enabled in the setup effort.

Set inside the sensor arm
Once the brake control is securely mounted inside the arm of the sensor must be pointing directly toward the floor of the vehicle. To adjust the sensor, the arm can be moved to change the level of switching. This should be done after the stress levels down and soft.

Setting the “hard” effort
Adjustment
1. Connect trailer to tow vehicles.
2. Slide set HARD adjustment in mid-position.
3. Trailer at low speed (20-30 km / h) in the plane, dry, paved surface and apply the Manual Slide Knob.
- If the trailer brakes lock NO:
- Increased braking effort by sliding hard adjustment to the right.
- If the brakes are locked:
- Decrease in braking effort by sliding hard adjustment to the left.
4. Repeat Step (3) to the braking effort is set to a point just below wheel lock up or hard enough to achieve maximum braking power.
