Lexus RX 450H Hybrid Drive Car PDF Highlight

Due to the global economic crisis in the car industry, most of the European and American auto makers skipped this year’s Tokyo Motor Show turning it into an almost purely domestic affair. Nonetheless, there are so many new fascinating products to admire. A walk around the show and the doomsday mood is immediately replaced by euphoria. This stunning car is the Lexus LF-A, a super sports car in a mini edition, aimed at catapulting the refined brand into the big leagues with Ferrari in terms of its sportiness.

The LF-A is a rear-wheel drive car with a 4.8 liter V10 naturally aspirated engine with top speed surpassing 300 kilometers per hour. The Lexus LF-Ch is an ecological concept study. The premium compact was already unveiled in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show. It sports the full hybrid technology “Lexus hybrid drive”. This sports car comes from Toyota. The study celebrates its world premier and is scheduled to hit the market in late 2011. The FT-86 concept is a classic coupé with a long engine hood. Power to be provided by a 2 liter boxer engine with some 200 horsepower.

This December Toyota will be launching its second hybrid model called the Sai. Larger than the Prius, the addition of an electric engine only leads to 23 kilometers per one liter of gasoline versus 38 with the Prius. Ecofriendly mobility from Toyota is represented by the electric car, the FT-EV II:Measuring only two meters 73 in length, the urban car is even shorter than the Toyota iQ while still boasting four seats. Sliding doors at the sides allow easy entry even narrow parking spaces. The FT EV II reaches a peak speed of 100 kilometers per hour, it’s cruising range 90 kilometers.

The Prius Plug-in-Hybrid celebrates its Japanese debut. By plugging the battery into a wall socket, the car can now go a total of 20 kilometers on pure electric power. Recharging at a 230 Volt station takes about an hour and 40 minutes. Here’s an adorable looking little electric car from Honda – the EV-N. This tiny retro-look car is supposed to remind people of the first generation Civic. Beneath the hood of this pug-nosed puppy don’t expect to find any drive technology. Here there’s room for luggage. The EV-N is made for driving around big Japanese cities.
