Jeep Pickup Cherokee Wagoneer Suspension Lift PDF Installation Instructions

PRE-INSTALLATION NOTES
1. Performance Automotive Group systems do not incorporate components to accommodate extended cab and/or two-piece drive shafts unless otherwise stated.
2. Post installation vehicles may experience driveline vibrations. Driveline angles may require tuning, slider on shaft may require replacement, shafts may need to be lengthened, shafts may need to be trued and U-joints may require frequent replacement. Performance Automotive Group systems are not recommended for vehicles with 13” or shorter drive shafts.
3. All replacement spring or add-a-leaf systems require compression stop installation or spring failure may occur. Not all Performance Automotive Group systems include compression stop extensions to maintain this criteria. Compression stop to axle dimension must be maintained or your Performance Automotive Group warranty may be voided.
4. Refer to OE service manual for proper disassembly/assembly procedures for OE components (like steering shaft, anything else). Consult the following instructions for special tools necessary for this installation.
5. Compare parts included in your system with the enclosed parts list. Placing hardware with components before you start may reduce installation time. Contact your Trail Master dealer if any parts are missing or appear to be different than those indicated on the parts list.
