Before mounting arm pockets should be pruned just before installing the crosses (0 902). Make a cut mark on the forehead down the bottom of the pocket flush with the surface mounting arms control. Also, make a mark in line within the rounded bottom edge to remove the bottom of the plate (Figure 22). Cut the line of the arm pocket and paint any bare metal to prevent corrosion.

Install the new front in the bottom before OE arm pockets so that the face plate is in front. Fasten through the OE arm with the bolts and nuts installed tabs from back to front (Fig. 23). The materials in bulk.

The OE rear lower control arm mounts are pressed on the control of weapons of the plant. These materials should be rotated 80 degrees so they can climb to the bottom of the new crosses back. Attach the arm in a vise. Mark the relationship between the end of the arm assembly and the rubber (Fig. 24). Wait until the fixing tabs of adjustable mounting arm with a wrench and turn it until the marks are 80 degrees apart. Note: lubricant spray silicone on the center of the ring lubricant, it will turn more easily.

Mount the lower arm forward with a planned traverse cam cam bolt and washer from front to back (Figure 25). Freely set the camera with a second cam bolt washer and 5 / 8 “nut (BP 743). Attach the arm down the back through 2 mm x 80 mm bolts and 7 / 6″ USS (yellow zinc) washers (BP 743) from the top (Figure 26). Fasten the bolts with OE nut tabs. Couple of 2 mm from the back of the material to 65 ft.-lbs. Snug hardware front. Final cam bolt torque will be conducted with the vehicle on the ground.
