Scrape the paint from two areas directly opposite each other near the front of the vibration damper, as shown on the last page. Snip the bare metal with emery cloth. Clean the magnet and metal damper naked with alcohol to remove residual oil or grease, so the adhesive will bond. Glue each magnet to the selected surface of the vibration damper with OTC BLUE (North Pole) and the magnets on the other side (180 °) apart.

Make sure the magnets with the edge of the Vibration Absorber to match any interference with the aid of timing to avoid. Proposed method for applying adhesive: Apply glue to the area of the valve when the magnet is fixed, use the tube (accelerating voltage crushing) in the face of the magnet (non-blue side), then applying the magnetic d on the surface of the adhesive on the shock. Make sure you apply enough glue to the gap between the bumper and magnet form. Repeat for other magnet. Allow glue to set for 10-15 minutes. Follow the instructions on the packaging of the glue in your kit to the polymerization of the glue right time to allow before starting the engine.

Remove all oil pan and bolts used to mount the sensor. The position sensor, so that approximately 1/8 “to” z “distance between the tip of the sensor and magnets. Connect two # 20 AWG son (not supplied with the kit) for both the sensor and son to move into the cabin on the speedometer. Search thread away jumper cables, son of the electric motor, so your son along as needed. (See note below.) Mount the tachometer R8503 (4000 rpm) to the desired location using the optional standard or a different mounting system.

Connect the cable from son to son 4 as follows: a) son of a white wire to the sensor. b) The black wire over other sensor. Ground this regard, as close to the speedometer head. c) the red wire to a fused ignition switched source of 12 VDC. d) the green wire is used only to provide emergency tachometers. (See instructions alarm if necessary.) 5) Close the son of light tachometer as follows: a) A wire in the vehicle lighting circuit. b) the other wire to clean the floor. 6) Start the engine after checking all connections and approvals. The revolution must now read the engine. No calibration required.

NOTE: If only half the speed appears, make sure that two magnets are installed and that the two magnets are aligned with the center sensor. Check also that the two magnets were installed with the same stick by comparing them to third magnet. The same pool of two magnets repel third magnet. If a flicker or other barrier is observed on the tachometer, reroute the son of the extended sensor. This should eliminate the interference. Interference in severe cases may require up to 2 son, use shielded cables for extensions of the sensor cable. Make sure the glass floor on one side.
