MyKey allows parents or leet administrators to activate a restricted driving mode. Ford SYNC is the fully integrated, in-vehicle voice-activated communications and entertainment system, with 911 Assist and Vehicle Health Report functionality. SYNC’s USB port and Bluetooth capability connects to MP3 players, memory sticks and Smartphones. 911 Assist will place a call to a local emergency operator in the event of an air bag deployment incident. Voice-Activated Navigation System with SIRIUS Travel Link uses an eight-inch screen with a bird’s-eye view map showing 3D landmarks, plus real-time trafic, current weather and ski conditions, ive-day forecasts, fuel station locations and prices, sports scores and movie listings.
The system responds to voice commands for destination programming, climate control, AM-FM tuning, SIRIUS satellite radio, CD, DVD audio and the integrated 10GB hard drive for storage of up to 2,400 songs. The home screen can be personalized with up to 32 saved pictures.
