Ford Mustang 5.0L 1994 – 1995 PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer PDF Manual

1. DISCONNECT negative (-) BATTERY CABLE.
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
3. Remove (2) 8mm bolts of the coupling bracket and save gas. (Ref. D)
4. Remove (4) bolts from the throttle body. (Ref. C)
5. Install the Power Plate with two gaskets. (Ref. A)
A. Place a gasket between the throttle body and Power Plate.
B. Place seconds the Power Plate and gasket between intake manifold.
6. Install (4) 5/16-18 “x 2 1 / 4″ bolts and (4) 5 / 16 “washers. (Ref. C)
7. Install (2) throttle linkage plate using (2) 8mm x 16 flat head screws. (Ref. D)
8. Install throttle linkage bracket using (2) 8mm bolts saved.
9. Test & Inspect throttle linkage for full Open & Closed travel before driving. Some cruise or kickdown cables may require adjustments. Consult your vehicle service manual for proper adjustment.
10. Install air cleaner assembly by using step 2 as an example.
11. Connect battery cable. Enjoy!
