Included in this set: the inlet pipe, hose connectors, hose clamps, air filter, air filter plate of rubber seal strip. (2) M-4 screws. Equipment needed: flat screwdriver or pick up, 1 / 4 “Ratchet, 8 millimeters to 10 mm wells, 2.5 millimeters Allen wrench, T-20 TORX. Step 1: Interruption (-) negative terminal. Step 2: Disconnect the mass air meters, slide the red locking clip back, and then press the tab in the connector and pull on without meters.

Step 3: Individual PVC pipe inlet side of the hose by turning green and the locking clip, drag it from the proceeds of hose. Step 4: Loosen the hose clamp to keep the hose inlet throttle body. Step 5: Remove the bolt that holds the air filter box, fuse the driver well. Step 6: Remove the stem of the intake tube / air box of the General Assembly of the vehicle by lifting up into the air box and pulling the hose off the entrance to the throttle body. Step 7: Remove the plunger type locks that keep the radiator cover in place gently prying / lifting center (ram), and then prying / lifting the outside part. Remove the radiator cover and abandon it.

Step 8: Open driver’s side of the plate radiator hold out the radiator to the top post, and to abandon it. Step 9: Insert the supplied blue hose connector opening of the throttle body and attach it to the supplied hose clamps. Step 10: Get 2 TORX screws of mass air meters and then a panel of the tube m entrance and installation of entrance pipe with BBK supplied screws. Step 11: Slip inlet pipe / m air mass all the way to the General Assembly of the plate. BBK air space above the filter inlet pipe until it is leaning against the meter without obstruction. Attach the pipe inlet filter supplied by strengthening the hose clamp. At the end of the air filter is the distance between the inlet pipe and plate.

Step 12: Drip feeding tube / air mass m / filter / Plate Assembly, insert a round hole in front of the plate over the top post of the radiator and the inlet pipe slipping blue hose connector is a throttle body. Step 13: Tighten the hose clamp over the rest of the blue connector of the hose to ensure the gas inlet pipe and the body. Step 14: Place the original air box mounting bolt through the section behind the plate, and tighten work on speed clip.
