Step 1: Position truck on a level surface and block the rear wheels to keep it stable. Starting from the driver’s side remove the stock shock and maintain hardware. Note: The new front shock absorbers will be most needed for installation. Level Lift ™ recommends a shock that measures 23 “fully extended.

Step 2: Continuing the drivers’ side, remove the stock sway bar mounting frame, to maintain the hardware for reinstallation.
Step 3: Next remove the stock brake bracket from the bottom of the stock coil spring, to maintain the hardware for re-installation. For 05-08 F250 4 × 4 See addendum.

Step 4: Scribe a mark on the lower coil spring plate as well as the coil spring. This is done to replace the coil to the desired position. (Repeat steps 1 through 4 on the passenger side of vehicle)
Step 5: Place a pair of hydraulic jacks under the frame on both sides of the vehicle. With a second helping people, raise the vehicle up to the top of the springs are separated from the top of the coil position. Keep increasing until jack spools can be removed
