Ford Expedition 5.4L 2005 Airaid Intake PDF System Installation Manual

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Grasp the intake tube and a sharp lift up and off AirBoxes
2. Grab a large part of the oval-shaped intake tube and pull up and out of the internal fender well and remove the intake tube. (Note: The intake pipe is considered with grommet, not bolts.)
3. Remove the 13mm nut is the power steering reservoir bracket. Install the Airaid intake tube support bracket, replace the nut, and leave a little slack. (Nut tightening after final changes.)

4. A) Remove the breather line will increase the green lever and pulling the fitting out of AirBoxes. B) Remove the vacuum line clip. C) Pull and remove the heater control valve from the tower to the Bolt. D) Pull and remove the wiring harness from the tower to the bolt.
5. A) remove the mass airflow sensor by pulling the red plastic tab in the first, and remove the plug. B) Disconnect the vacuum line. C) Remove all four bolts and remove the tower the air box. (Save the bolts Tower re-installation.)
6. A) Remove the two factory grommets sliding sideways. B) Replace the two grommets supplied in reverse order.
7. Remove the factory rubber stopper out of AirBox, and install it Airaid intake tube.
