Remove the buttons that takes place the mass-air sensor to the airbox. If thread two nuts on the stud and tighten them together, then you can thread it to the bottom.

1. Install the adapter seals the populations with mass-air sensor, using allen bolts provided. (see Fig. 1) Use a thread locking compound, and not after-tighten the screws.
2. Install twisted “L” bracket to the adapter with the hardware provided. Do not tighten at this time. (see Fig. 2)
3. Install the “Z” mounting bracket to a small angle, which is coupled to a rear air-mass sensor. Do not tighten at this time. (see Fig. 2)
4. Install the air-mass / adapter assembly into the suction tube. Do not tighten the hose clamp at this time.
5. “L” bracket is suitable to the existing stud airbox to hold in place. (see Fig. 3)
6. “Z” bracket set by the unused hole in the airbox on the left. (see Fig. 3)
7. The function of the entire congregation to the best clearance and tighten all remaining hardware.
8. Clip coil wire back into the holder on the mass-air sensor and the electrical plug connection to the mass-air sensor.
9. Install the K & N Filtercharger ® adapter, not over-tighten the hose clamp!
10. Re-attach the battery cable. Check to make sure everything is tight and properly positioned before starting the vehicle.

Road Testing
Start the engine with the transmission in neutral or park and emergency brake. Listen for any air leaks or odd nois-es. In the case of air leaks, make sure they are safe connection hoses.
