Ferrari 360 Carbon Fiber Door Panel PDF Installation Instructions

Tools and equipment needed to complete the work.

Step 1- The door panel is held by 6 allen screws that are located in the front of the panel and held by 4 more allen screws that are hidden. Start by removing 4 small allen screws, two are located underneath the panel and are clearly visible and 2 more are located underneath the door panel/window seal. Remove all screws as per pictures below.

Step 2- You are now ready to install the CF door panel, remove the factory gasket around the original door panel, the gasket is stuck on with double sided tape, gently pull on the gasket and remove it completely, once removed install it on the new CF panel, it does not need to be sticked on, simply put it in place. Below shows you which gasket I’m referring to ( note that panel is already installed, it’s just to show you what I’m referring to.

Step 3- You are now ready to install the CF door panel, please note that we have included a longer screw for each panel, that screw is necessary to install your door panel, the screw is a philips head and not an allen screw like the original, the extra screw included will replace the screw as pictured below

Step 4- Install your door panel, one of the screw will need to be replaced, that is the first top one, tighten screws until the door panel sits close to flush , use your judgement and don’t over tighten, you don’t have to use the 4 small allen screws, you can try to install the top ones, and bottom ones but due to carbon fiber being a difficult material to work with those small holes may not line up, but again it is not necessary to install them as the panel will be fixed solid with the 6 long screws.
