Ducati ST3/ST4 Heli Bars 2004-2007 PDF Installation and Instructions Manual

Heli Bars are designed to safely enhance comfort while driving, but it is essential that these guidelines should be followed for proper installation. Failure to comply with these instructions may lead to improper installation and monitoring of dangerous situations. NOTE: Heli Bars for ST3 and ST4 are intended to use the factory bars and replace the file only fitting eye. Remove the front brake master cylinder from the right handlebar. It is not necessary to remove all the controls and handles.

1: A. Tighten the banjo bolt on the clutch main cylinder clutch just enough to turn the front banjo fitting 3 / 8 “(measured at the bottom of the steel assembly lines where the rubber starts). See picture # 3 corner for help. Re-tightening.
B. Repeat step banjo fitting on the front brake master cylinder and move. Tighten the front brake button strap bolted to the front of the lower triple clamp. Rotate the rubber grommets from the stock and slide them.

4. Remove left and right eye factory bar fork tubes.
