When installing this exhaust system make sure to use proper safety precautions. Use jack stands when the truck, set parking brake, block tires and use safety glasses and gloves. Suggested Tools: ½”, 9/16”, 11mm deep socket, 15mm Socket & Wrench, WD-40, Jack Stand, Hacksaw.
Lay out the exhaust on the floor so it looks like the drawing and compare parts with manual. To remove the stock exhaust remove it from the clamp in front of the muffler. You may need to heat it up for easier removal. Leave all rubber grommets in place. Use WD-40 to aid in removal of
exhaust and hangers.
Remove your factory down-pipe from the turbo. Remove factory clamp with a 11mm deep socket wrench, do not damage clamp you will re-use it.
Install down-pipe # A on to your turbo using your factory clamp. Do not tighten. Insert welded hanger into rubber grommet. Install down-pipe # A
onto intermediate pipe #L 1-1/2”-2”. Use clamp # G to secure together, do not tighten. Insert welded hanger into rubber grommet.
