Chevy Silverado 2500 Bull Bar PDF Installation Instructions Manual

PROCEDURE:
1st REMOVE FROM BOX CONTENTS. Examined all the parts. READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE starting the installation.
2nd NOTE: It may be necessary to remove / relocate the front license plate and number plate bracket. It is not necessary, but strongly recommended. If the local / state law requires license number, license plate relocation kit is available.
3rd From the bottom of the vehicle, remove the two screws holding the controller factory tow hook, remove the hook from a tow vehicle. NOTE: The Bull Bar is not compatible with factory towing hooks, so you do not reinstall the factory tow hooks back to the vehicle.
4th Determine the driver and front passenger Console Frame. NOTE: See Figure above mount configuration. Position the driver side frame mount for the outside of the frame rail and secure using the price (2) 12mm x 35mm Hex Head Bolts, (2) 12mm Lock Washers, (2) 12mm Hex Nuts and (4) Flat Washers 12mm (Fig. 1) . Do not tighten at this time.
5th Repeat steps 3 & 4 on the passenger side frame bracket.
6th Loosely attach the brackets Bull Bar Bull Bar with the included (4), 8 mm x 25 mm Hex Head Bolts (4), 8 mm Lock Washers, and (4), 8mm flat filters (Fig. 2). Do not tighten at this time.
7th With mounting position Bull Bar on the inside of the frame console. Bull Bar Mount brackets to the frame using the attached band (4) 10mm x 30mm Hex Head Bolts, (4) 10mm Lock Nuts (4), 10 mm Hex Nuts and (8) Flat Washers 10 mm (Fig. 3 and 4). Do not tighten at this time.
8th Level and adjust the Bull Bar, tighten all hardware at this time. Note: If you can not reach Bull Bar Bolts (8 mm hardware) from behind the bumper and tow hook with a cavity, some might be necessary for cutting the cavity with a tow hook to tighten the screws Bull Bar.
9th Do regular checks to be installed, make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
To protect your investment, wax after installing this product. Regular waxing is recommended to add a protective layer over the surface. Do not use any type of polish or wax, which may contain abrasives that might damage the surface.
The Stainless Steel: polished aluminum can be used to polish small scratches and scuffs on the surface. Soap can also be used to clean the Bull Bar.
For gloss black finishes: Mild soap can be used to clean the Bull Bar.
