Drop headliner
Remove sun visor assemblies and visors terminal (Torx 15 & 20 required)
With vacant passenger handle. Insert a small flat screwdriver to pull the covers / lock mechanism and then pull the handle until you feel it break free. No need to handle remove the headliner.
Free the DS and the PS pillar concerns. Picking up on top of the pillar. Bottom panel (s) so you can drop by 4-6 headliner.
Remove the upper console. Remove the front bolt. Slide the console back and tear on the back as the terminal on each side that locks it into the top. On-Star disconnect the speaker connector (if equipped) and the map light connector. Remove the console. At this point you should be able to pull the front of the headliner around the front windscreen. There will be a decrease of 2 “to 3″ should be careful enough to reach the wires.

Mount Lights
Side marker lamps require 2 holes and the center light 5 holes IIRC. Take your time and measure everything twice to make sure you have no further drilling holes. You have only one chance.

Side lights:
Driver and passenger is 4 1 / 4 inches from the near edge of black rubber, rubber door seal to close the edge (side) lamp, roof marker seals 4 1 / 8 “from the near edge of the black rubber seal on the front windshield edge of the roof contour lamp seals

City Light:

Light kit comes with everything needed to install, but also recommended to have a bit of silicone / sealant to ensure a permanent seal around the hole & wires.
