Suzuki Modular Instrument System (SMIS) uses an easy to connect and expandable cable system to transmit graphic and numerical data to Multi-
Function gauges. Easy to set up and install system can be used with nearly any boat and DF40 thru DF300 Suzuki Outboard. Connected to the NMEA 2000® compatible system, the gauges can display real-time readings from compatible electronic probes and the exclusive SMIS engine interface to monitor all engine functions. Safety equipment includes dual front, side and side-curtain airbags, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, stability control, five head restraints and good headlights. Front and side visibility is very good, but poor rear and three-quarter-rear visibility make it difficult to judge distances when backing up.

In U.S. government tests, the Grand Vitara obtained four stars out of five for front-occupant protection in a frontal impact, and five stars for all-occupant protection in a side crash. It earned four stars for rollover resistance. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety awarded the Grand Vitara a Good rating, its highest, for driver protection in an offset frontal impact and an Acceptable rating, its second highest, for all-occupant protection in a side crash.

ALARM/SIREN Position the compact alarms and the sirens on the bulkhead that divides the engine compartment and the passenger’s compartment.
POSITION Pass the cables using the original core hitch located in the zone between the servobrake and the original big rubber cables.
CENTRAL UNIT POSITION Position the modular systems and the modules under the dashboard, driver’s side.

1. All though every precaution is taken in the manufacture of your new FuelCel, in house testing procedures unfortunately cannot reproduce the dynamic conditions of the installation on the motorcycle. Under certain conditions of vibration, heat and gasoline, a minute pinhole can develop in very rare cases that escape our detection. We are more than willing to repair a leak that might develop so long as the following procedure is
done first.
2. Install all necessary plumbing and hardware for the mounting, install on the bike then fuel it to capacity and run at least half f it through by running the engine, BEFORE PAINTING the tank.
3. Field repair procedure as performed by the factory is outline below for latent pinhole migration. (Extremely rare) FuelCel repairs can be made in certain instances if you damage your Fuelcel. Generally if 30% of the exterior surface is damaged it will be considered totaled.

I refer to your Owner’s Manual provides guidelines for reducing and eliminating canvas top. ALL hardware for soft top should be removed. This includes the bar around the body. Some of the screws from the Canvas Top hardware will be used during installation Hardtop, so have it available.

Front Cover Installation
STEP 1: Place front cover in position over the driver and front passenger.
STEP 2: Take 2 Curved Joint Brackets (BRK-10) and place it on the bolt threads extending from Fiberglass Lid, and keep them in place with 2 Speed Knobs (SKB-1).

SA-S-750 (GSXR-600 and GSXR-750) Early SA-S-1300 (GSX1300 R) The GSXR has a ball bearing behind each cam wheel. Press the original crown, but leave out the influence. You will notice that a line has been stamped at the end of each camshaft at the factory. One line adapter 6mm threaded holes with the line and press the adapter.
