Installation and Basic Set-Up Instructions
Follow this sequence of steps to properly install and set up your new FOX shock.
1) Remove the stock shock absorber from the motorcycle.
2) Set the FOX shock length (if equipped with length adjustment). See section below.
3) Install the FOX shock on the motorcycle. Torque the mounting fasteners to the motorcycle manufacturer’s recommendations.
4) Set the static sag and rider sag. See section below.
5) Set the rebound damping. See section below.
6) Set the compression damping (if equipped). See section below.
Shock Length Adjustment / Ride Height Adjustment (If equipped)
On some FOX shocks, it is possible to adjust the rear ride height of your bike, by increasing or decreasing the length of your shock. It is best to start out with your FOX shock set to the same length as the stock shock absorber. Once you have adjusted your spring preload and damping to your liking, you can experiment with different rear ride height settings. See Tuning Instructions for more information on adjusting rear ride height.
Laboratory tests were conducted to evaluate the electrical and mechanical performance of the 2004 Toyota Prius and its hybrid electric drive system. As a hybrid vehicle, the 2004 Prius uses both a gasoline-powered internal combustion engine and a battery-powered electric motor as motive power sources. Innovative algorithms for combining these two power sources results in improved fuel efficiency and reduced emissions compared to traditional automobiles. Initial objectives of the laboratory tests were to measure motor and generator back-electromotive force (emf) voltages and determine gearbox-related power losses over a specified range of shaft speeds and lubricating oil temperatures. Follow-on work will involve additional performance testing of the motor, generator, and inverter. Information contained in this interim report summarizes the test results obtained to date, describes preliminary conclusions and findings, and identifies additional areas for further study.
Motor vehicle theft is a serious problem in many parts of the world. In the United States, the annual loss from car theft is over $4 billion. The Automotive Information Council reports that over one million motor vehicles are stolen in the U.S. each year. That’s one motor vehicle theft every 31 seconds. For a variety of reasons, some motor vehicles have a greater probability of being stolen than others. As reported by CCC Information Services, Inc., the following are the 25 most stolen motor vehicles in the U.S. in 1996:

Thank you for purchasing the XS Engineering Power IC System for the Nissan Silvia & 180SX – S13. Utilizing state of the art design and manufacturing processes, XS Engineering has designed this Power IC System to complement the SR20’s inherent ability to operate at extreme boost pressure levels by allowing it to do so without penalty of increased intake air temperature. We strongly recommend that this kit be installed by experienced professionals only. This intercooler system includes piping for use with either the stock or stock replacement turbochargers only. You may have to modify the intercooler pipes if you are using an aftermarket turbocharger. Please take the time to read through and understand this manual fully before you proceed with the installation process.
We recommend Weldless DD and Double Splined universal joints for the best steering system. Weldless DD universal joint features two set screws for maximum holding power. Position yoke, tighten set screws to mark the shaft. Remove yoke and drill the set point on the shaft. When installing the universal joint, set screws are tightened into the countersink mark, then tighten the jam nut and the shaft will not move. We recommend the use of Loctite.
ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION MOUNT (column 25) This refers to all engine and transmission mounts, but includes only complete separations. Partial separations and cracks do not qualify.
How to install the antenna Every vehicle is different; for your safety, follow all instructions carefully. Consult a professional installer if you have questions. Mount the antenna to the roof or trunk of the vehicle. During installation, make sure you are outdoors and not obstructed by tall buildings.
How to receive XM through your car stereo Plug in all of the connectors once you have mounted the radio, installed the antenna and plugged in the power adapter. The line out may be used for an optional cassette adapter or direct line adapter if FM reception is not good in your area.
For many years GP events were dominated by MV Agusta which therefore became the very embodiment of Italian Grand Prix motorcycles. From 1958 to 1960, with John Surtees alone who, as was customary then, competed both in the 350 and the 500 class, Agusta won three times in succession in both groups. In fact, at that time Honda was stronger in the 350 category.
