Thank you for purchasing the Neo Changer. Since the Neo Changer will works in many different vehicles the following steps must be taken to ensure the changer is set up correctly for the vehicle it is being installed in.
Installation of a body lift will change the center of gravity and the handling characteristics of the vehicle. Because of the higher center of gravity and larger tires, the vehicle will handle and react differently both on and off-road. You must drive it safely! Extreme care must be taken to prevent vehicle rollover or loss of control, which could result in serious injury or death. Avoid sudden sharp turns or abrupt maneuvers and always make sure all vehicle occupants have their seat belts fastened.

COOLING SYSTEM The completely sealed cooling system consists of a corrugated fin type radiator with sealed filler cap. expansion tank with pressure cap, centrifugal water pump, wax pellet type thermostat, and a four-blade fan. The radiator and the expansion tank are connected by
hose. When engine is overheated, the coolant in the radiator flows out and led into the expansion tank through the hose. The coolant is then returned to the radiator by negative pressure which builds up in the cooling system when the engine cools down. The coolant should be changed every two years or every 48.000 km (32.000 miles).
Once the wires are located, you will want to shave a little area on them so you can solder in the connection from the Map Clamp….>DON’T cut any wires, just strip off some of the shielding. Now on the King Clamp, Red Wire is the 5v, Black for Ground and Green for Signal. Here is another Angle.

Engine Configuration Synchronization in all current Ford 16V, dual overhead cam engine (Zetec / Duratec) requires that the tools included in VS1152.V2 Set. Furthermore, replacement of the timing belt requires the crankshaft pulley to be removed and therefore associated VS1013 or VS4736 tools are needed, depending on engine type. 1. In all current Ford 16v. Twin Cam engine (Zetec / Duratec) VS115/01 Setting Plate is used to lock the camshafts into position synchronization through a slot in the back of the camshafts.
