1 Disconnect the negative battery ter-minal to prevent an accidental short circuit.
2 Unclip entire panel surrounding radio including a/c vents and clock. Unplug and remove panel. (Figure A)
3 Remove (4) 7MM screws securing radio. Unplug and remove radio. (Figure B)
Continue to kit assembly.

The AirDog draws fuel from the fuel tank at constant flow, removing water, particulates, and air/vapor. A regulated pressurized flow is maintained to meet the engine’s varying fuel demands. The separated air/vapor and excess fuel not needed by the engine are returned from the AirDog to the fuel tank. Some pickup model frame rails have a bracket that is used to support the frame during the manufacturing process If this bracket is on your frame rail and obstructs the proper positioning of the AirDog mounting bracket, you may remove part or all of it, as needed. Be very careful not to damage the frame flange …..
Remove radiator covers. Begin by popping the hood of your Dodge 2006. There are two plastic protective shields which cover the radiator area. These are held in place by small clips which will let go easily by pulling on the pieces. Fig. 2 shows these covers and illustrates their removal.

When installing this exhaust system, make sure to use proper safety precautions. Use jack stands when under the Dodge truck, set parking brake, block tires, and use safety glasses and gloves. Do not work with hot pipes! Suggested tools: hacksaw, 9/16” socket, ½” socket, ½” wrench, jackstand, wd-40
CONVENTIONAL LER LABYRINTH SEAL:
1. Slide one of the seal rings onto the shaft on Dodge vehicle
2. Mount bearing on shaft using appropriate mounting instructions.
3. Slide second seal ring onto the shaft.
4. Thoroughly clean seal grooves and mating surfaces on both housing halves. Mount housing base to frame-work and place shaft with bearing in housing base using appropriate instructions. Guide seal rings into housing grooves. Grease seal ring grooves. Tighten cap base.
5. Assure there is adequate running clearance between seal rings and housing grooves by rotating shafts. If seal ring binds up, realign pillow block.
