OTC Tire Pressure Monitor Kit is designed to complete the overall series, which covers vehicles Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPM). The software contains a vehicle entry system easy and accurate to use the correct interface to the vehicle. Display a graphical user interface, where the device is used little or no information about the TPMS.
HOW T O USE THIS MANUAL
1. Identify the make and year of the car in which you will be installing this sound system.
2. Refer to the Kit Information and Kit Listing sections to determine if a kit is required.
3. If a kit is required, follow the directions in Kit Information section.
4. Follow the specific installation instructions for your particular make of car as listed in the index. NOTE: Due to the wide variety of import cars and the different installations required, this manual does not show specific installations in these vehicles. However, this sound system can be installed in many import cars by following the “Universal Installation” section on page 2. Check the application chart at your retail store or call our toll-free “HELP” line for specific information on your particular car.

2. The kits shown below are Audiovox kits. Your retailer may sell kits made by other manufacturers which may also be usable to install this radio. Always check the kit application before purchasing it to make sure it will work with your vehicle.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
This bellhousing is not compatible with transmissions that were previously equipped with diesel engines. The new bellhousing design incorporates the exclusive use of the original Jeep internal hydraulic release bearing assembly. The new bearing will need to be installed on the front of the transmission with the nylon straps in position. DO NOT REMOVE THE NYLON STRAPS PRIOR TO ASSEMBLY. Make sure that the new bearing is positioned over the front of the Peugeot transmission properly. The steel lines will need to be bent so that they exit through the Advance Adapter
bellhousing hole. If the new bearing assembly is not properly fitted to the front of the transmission, the bearing assembly will be angled causing seal failure. On most applications, you will need to grind the necessary clearance on the inside of the bellhousing in order for the bearing to sit in the proper position.

A factory OEM indicator was taken from a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado with 5.3L V8 and tested to find the Outlet DP required to “set” the indicator or move the yellow indicator into the red zone (see Fig. 2.2).
