This workshop manual describes the procedures for the complete dismantling, repair and installation of marine engines, BMW D7. If only part of the process to be performed (eg, minor repairs or replacement of seals, oilseals), the rest can be ignored. Relevant technical data are available each section. Four-stroke diesel engine with direct injection and open-circuit cooling system. Impeller Neoprene coolant pump is driven directly from the crankshaft. Electric starter and flywheel alternator are standard. Injection system is equipped with an automatic bleeding.

General Assembly is the reversal of removal. Particular care needs to be devoted to “Notes to the Assembly. Checking and adjustment procedures, where appropriate, at the end of the section.
