The 2010 Ford Fusion receives a makeover that touches on several components. The front fascia, seats and dash have been redesigned. Suspension, steering and sound isolation have been revised, along with the 3.0-litre V6 engine, which is now more powerful. The displacement
of the 4-cylinder increases to 2.5 litres, from 2.3 litres, whereas the new Sport version has a 3.5-litre V6 under its hood. All-wheel drive is offered only with the V6 engines. For the first time, a hybrid version of the Fusion is available.

The Nissan Navara must rate as one of the top two double cabs on the South African market. I like the squared off, macho body styling – it has an appealing ruggedness that befits a leisure lifestyle double cab pick up and it’s nice to drive. Just one little point keeps it from my top spot!
Remember those big, red Nissan Hardbody bakkies built in South Africa for off-road racing in Dakar? Well, the Navara has similar styling but is bigger overall in that is longer, wider and higher than the Hardbody.

INSTALLATION STEPS
1) Remove fascia bolts, plastic fascia rivets, (2) rubber grommets, trunk pan cover, spare tire, foamspare tire locator, and the plastic fascia bracket. Trunk pan cover may be trimmed and reinstalled if required.
2) Remove the (4) M10 nuts from the bumper brackets as shown(re-use later).
3) Raise hitch into position onto bumper bracket bolts. Loosely re-install the M10 nuts.
4) Install carriage bolts and square hole spacers into existing holes in trunk pan, loosely install nuts.
5) Install remaining hardware and use silicone caulk or equivalent to seal holes in trunk.
6) Torque all M10 fasteners to 37 lb-ft, and all 1/2″ fasteners to 75 lb-ft.
7) Re-install spare tire, foam spare locator, and fascia fasteners where required.
